Return and Refund Policy

At Forever Dressed, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

 

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • With all tags still attached
  • In their original packaging

We do not accept returns on sale items, underwear, or pierced jewellery for hygiene reasons.

 

How to Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@foreverdressed.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order for the correct size or colour.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll resolve this as a priority.
